Marketing guys form Aashrithaa Properties Pvt Ltd marketed the property in Kemp City saying they have a share in the property and Vaihava Builders and Developers are the partner.

They registered the property, but there is no development work. 50% of the property price was paid for the developmental work, but no development is in place. They said they will provide electricity, water connection, roads, children play area, club house with swimming pool.
Now you see the layout even after 7 years, nothing is in place. If you ask them, they dont give a proper response. Vaibhava Builders have vacated the place and aashrithaa properties do not take any responsibilities.

Please do not buy any properties from these guys unless the property is fully developed.

Max Meadows Refund not being processed

Booked a plot and paid 30% of the amount but the plot registration hasn’t happened for more than 2 years now. I cancelled the booking and was told that I would be getting the refund in 45 days, but it has been more than 3 months now and am yet to get the refund DD. On asking, I was told that the DD would be ready on 13th May but despite sending many reminders, I’ve not got any update yet. This is definitely a fraud company and I intend to go to the consumer court along with other investors to get back my money and make them pay for it.

Aware of CITICON ENGINEERS Ltd., 540 SAHEED NAGAR Bhubaneshwar ORISSA Reputed Builder used to publish advertisement in all oriya news paper+arrange stall facilities in religious & other public gathering area to catch the poor honest people.
In 2004/2005 I & my Family members come cross to the big stall of citicon Engineers Pvt. Ltd. Citicon about their different projects. Though the stall was in front of religious area, so we trust upon citicon & contacted to purchase land from their biggest project wings =5. (wp=5).

Mr. Amiya Roaul- Partner cum executive companion of citicon, who visited many times to us in my native village to book a plot, so we believe & booked plot by paying their entire terms & conditions along our few request terms Prior to book the plot they took to my family to show the sites of their different sites.

Actually once after you booked with them they will demand more money and play big role to claim us as defaulter and they will promise only after 3-4 weeks land register/ Demarcation will be given by office Amine though now office Amine very busy with lots of projects, which is 100% false. It is in effect using your money they will buy the land or forge the land documents and register it in your name. Also most the land papers are only power of attorney, which can be cancelled at any time by the issuer, thus making subsequent transactions invalid. They do not provide any facilities and they claim that they will provide the road which is distant possibility, forget about electricity and water…PLEASE DONOT BUY LAND FROM THEM IN ANY OF THEIR PROJECTS: SUCH RUDRA VIHAR 1 & 2, WP=1/2/3/4/5/6 Patra para, Sum City, Sum Annex ETC I am a victim of it.
Any projects both land + flat available under CITICON ENGINEERS Ltd., 540 SAHEED NAGAR Bhubaneshwar ORISSA on basis of installment and others like outright/ net cash etc. That means they don’t have the land. They will only show you a map and allocate a ficticious plot in your name. IF you actually go to the site there is nothing there only farm lands also conversion of land is very difficult. Please consider above points before buying a land from CITICON ENGINEERS LTD 540 SAHEED NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR making subsequent transactions invalid.

They have many offices but everybody is fooling around and their main office is at 540 SAHEED NAGAR, OPP: SAHEED SPROTING CLUB BHUBANESWAR, with branch offices at JAJPUR, PURI, GUJRAT, KOLKOTA ECT.
Me and my relatives BOOKED 8 plots in the year 2005 IN THEIR WINS PROJECT =5 (WP=5) in an installment basis amount I paid as per agreement papers done with CITICON ENGG. installments without being defaulter. BUT CITICON CLAIM THAT WE PURCHASERS are DEFAULTER. It’s been more than 2 year they are not willing to do registration / Demarcation even though, we had sent out 4 letters to their official address through Register Post and also meet personally Many times and contacted almost every days over phone. Since more than 03 years we are ready with cash for registration and this fraud company is not willing to do registration/ Demarcation and also not replying to our letters. Owner of the company and his all companions are real cheater.

When we contacted regarding the same, CITICON ENGINEERS LTD assured with false hope that we will fix your plot once everything is cooled down from the landlord some deals and you will get your plots as per agreement. I had personally gone to CITICON ENGG. Ltd office at BBSR and while discussing about my registration and possession of my land, they had told these lands YOU WILL GET NEXT DAY/WEEKS/ MONTHS in this way many years passed but no result yet. When we approached & meet the Chairman/MD, CITICON he gave us lame excuses and assured the safety of our money land every things. I had spent all MY WHOLE LIFE’S earnings to purchase the LAND from CITICON ENGINEERS Ltd. 540 Saheed Nagar, BHUBANESWAR. ORISSA.
Before buying plots from CITICON ENGINEERS Ltd, BHUBANESWAR they will behave as if that they are your relatives and behave with you very good manner. They will behave in a good ways until we complete their installments. Once installment or land Registration over with this Citicon, they will see their real face and we will feel that we cheat to them.
Why I wrote this big letter is too aware you guys before buying land from CITICON ENGINEERS Ltd. 540 Saheed Nagar, BHUBANESWAR. ORISSA. I am is Victim of this fraud.

THE WORST BUILDERS I HAVE COME ACROSS. BIGGEST LIARS AND CHEATERS!I booked a flat at Purva Moonreach with Puravankara Projects Ltd in August 2007 which was supposed to be completed in July 2010. Its July 2014 now and still there is no confirmed date or any sign, when the flat will be handed over.
Its my misfortune that I booked flat with Puravankara. I have paid all the installments except one which I intentionally refused to pay as the project is 4 years delayed.

There is no communication regarding why the project is delayed and have to email them constantly to get any information. The excuses they give is silly and still no confirmation of the date of handover.

I live in UK and not able to visit the place often. I visited the site on 2nd July 2014 and had a look at my flat and was shocked to see the poor quality of the building work. The paint of the flat I booked is faded and the tiles are chipped in the bathroom. I paid to get a new flat but this flat looks old and not to the standard they advertised. The site is still messy and I don’t think it will be handed over in the near future.

This is the worst builders I have come across. No professionalism, no commitment and no concern for the customers. They are only interested in the money which they pressurise you to pay. I warn everyone not to deal with this builders at all.

We had booked the Flat on 30 January 2012 at Panchsheel Wellington, Tower no-3 keeping in view your promises to deliver the Apartment within 18 months i.e. By June 2013 as the construction of Tower No.3 was already at 21st Floor and the Apartment which was booked by us was on 18th Floor. I made the initial payment 10% to book the flat under Cash down payment. I went for the bank loan from HDFC and came to know that the building beyond 11th floor is not approved and bank can’t disburse the loan amount. I went back to the Builder for the clarification and they promised that the next payment installment will be demanded once they get the approval (which was supposed to come in 2-3 months). However, two years later, the approval came in first week of June 2014, and then I went to the builder for the next payment. I was shocked and surprised to know that they had cancelled the booking in May 2014 (just around 15 days back from the approval) and didn’t convey any intimation/notice to me before cancellation. I felt cheated by this Builder and they have done a fraud with me. I asked for the reason and they handed me a cancellation letter stating the reason because of short payment. I further asked for the clarification and they told that I had paid incomplete booking amount. Initially when I booked the fat, the booking amount was 10% and calculations were done from their employees and it was calculated 2.44lac, however the actual booking amount should be 2.64lac. I paid 2.44 (only 20K less than the actual booking amount) at the time of booking. I also noticed this later and talk to one of their employee handling this project and he told me the balance amount 20K I can pay in next installment once approval come.
Now I am in no where situation and the builder has cancelled my booking and they are not agreeing to restore my booking.

They are making us live in this “dangerously uninhabitable” house. There are seven of us in a 2-bed, which is falling down, saturated with damp and mould and they will not lift a finger to help us.
They keep saying that “there are no house to suit a family of this size”, yet they house huge foreign families just like that.

I have developed asthma because of the damp, and am unable to fully recover from a major operation that i had two years ago (I should have been fully recovered about a year ago).

We went to the papers TWICE but still nothing.

PLease can you help?

Breach of contracts, false promises and lies is what was delivered by the owners of the residential development, Palmsquare.
Unpaid bills amounting to approximately $10 000, 00 [one million ZAR] have been ignored
and the owners of this development have involved themselves in bribery and corruption by using dirty tricks to threaten and blackmail me instead of making good.
Filthy business styles which has backfired on them and thanks to platforms like http://www.complaintsboard.com, valid complaints about unfair business practices can be exposed for all to see.
Exposing the truth is essential and to the advantage of consumers and small business people who seem to be manipulated by the so called “big boys” in business.
Remember, the bigger they are the harder they fall !!!

Beware. They have a very nice sales-pitch, therefore I have subscribed to a Property Management service as a landlord (they were supposed to help me manage my property) for which they charged 6% of the annual rental fee.
However, as part of the contract they also issue the rental cheques on their name (the idea is that then they cash them and transfer the money to your account, as it’s supposed to be more convenient for the landlords – which is also part of their contract which says they have 10 days to do so). However, they never trnsfered me that money (they have cashed the tenants’ cheque, kept the rent and I (landlord) didn’t get anything). After tens of calls and emails, they tell you things like they need to get some approvals to transfer the money… (even though it is MY rentals money and everything is clearly stated in the contract). Unfortunately, I now need to get a lawyer to get this settled and finally get my rent money which they have simply “kidnapped”. Beware.
